Afr gauge fitting
Any one got any idea if its worth fitting a Air Fuel Ratio gauge to my saph cos and its a 1993 with a lambda sensor is this a narrow or wide band as i was hopping to use the original sensor also my saph is running just over 390bhp and i thought it might be a good idea to keep a eye on the fueling ideas would be great before i spend cash cheers

as long as you no what you are looking for then go for it. your cozzy will have a narro band but if you use an inovate controler they are wideband gauge but have 2 out puts and you can set then up indapendantly so one can give out a narro band out put for the ecu to use

is it worth it? yes, always best to know what your car is doing.
you need a wideband setup and most have a narrow band output on them for the ecu.
you must make sure that you get a good one, as if they are inaccurate then you'll be worrying over nothing.
i have two and both read the same from different manufacturers, but i'd recommend innovate or vems, although the innovate is easier to install.

Innovate unless they have changed very recently were having awful issues.
Out of 4 used by a friend 4 failed, on 4 different cars, all replaced with another make all perfect.
Do you need one ?, big and hard question to answer, do you know what is "safe", unless you do imo it's pointless, if you do are you going to notice anything wrong before any damage results ?
Is it going to be a constant distraction, or worry.
I have a tech edge controller on mine, but I don't and never will use closed loop, even though for me afr is only a matter of putting the gauge in the car, all wire is there, and I have the gauge, but didn't want another distraction.
