IN CAR BLEED VALVE

hi guys.
i've got a in car bleed valve for my fiesta, the instructions are not clear at all, it's got 3 valves on the back of the bleed valve can someone please confirm where the hoses go to

why would you want to fit an in-car-bleed valve???

I can see it ending in tears to be honest
