Speedometer drive gear sought
Hi,
Does anybody out there have a speedometer drive gear for my type 2 gearbox fitted to my Xflow powered Caterham? The drive gear is plastic, brown with 22 teeth. I have tried my local Ford dealer who confirms it was used right up to 1993 on some 4sp Sierra gearboxes but is no longer available. I am reticent to fit an electronic speedometer as I want to keep the running gear standard.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
