Default suspect faulty ecu! any ideas?

hi folks!
ive got a 2.0 zetec turbo conversion and its running a level 6 ecu and wiring, it has had the wasted spark ignition kit fitted, now i think that the ecu may be playnig up because it wont start, dosent seem to spark in any particular order, the injectors dont really fire in any order they seem a bit random! also sometimes when you turn ignition on the plugs seem to be continuousley sparking without turning the engine over! could this be related to the wasted spark kit? how can i test the ecu to make sure its ok? anyone got any ideas?
cheers, wayne.

MSD, who do the wasted spark conversion offer a testing service.

thanks! on closer inspection the plugs dont seem to be firing at-all! could this be down to the wasted spark kit?

If it's not been done correctly, but could also be other things.
