theres a bolt just inside the wheel arch on either side behind the bumper undo these and it just slides of from the front dont forget to unplug ur spot lights first

Just to add, the bolts will normally be seized solid in the captive threads, so will just spin and spin!!

Ill give it a go cheers buddie ur really helpful, I got to find a locking nut for the wheels as I cnt get them off lol

Ok ill give it a go, thabks ur really helpful bud. Where can I find the locking nut key for the original wheels I imagine these are what came from the factory

The easiest way is to lever the plastic guides out of the flaps that hang down from the wings, then just straighten after wards, drill out captive nut, then you can just about get a nut between the bumper and support bracket and hold there whilst putting a bolt through hole as normal, fiddly but that's how I do it.
For the locking nuts, often a(sharp) drift will do the job, but some may need a old bolt etc welding to them, just curl a bit of thin metal into a tune to protect the alloy, put over nut and weld inside a old bolt etc to it.
