Default Annoying 3dr reving problem

when the car is warm it has a problem of the revs not coming down fast enough when the throttle is closed, anyone any ideas what might be causing this?

I have checked the tps voltages and they are as spec, i.e 4.97 on closed throttle and 0.45 at full throttle. Does this suggest that the tps is ok?
