fiesta rs turbo not running right
Hi everyone,
im new to the site as iv only recently bought my car and already im having problems. I would be thankfull of any help.
basically iv had to take the head off as 3 valves were bent, me and my dad replaced those, as well as gaskets, seals, head bolts, oil and filter change (and water pump as that was leaking). The car now starts up fine, it just feels slugish and slow? a friend thinks the timing may be out, it has a piper 285T2 cam and piper variable pulley. when we were putting it back together finding top dead centre on the bottom pulley was fine but on the piper pulley there is no mark apart from a small graph of lines. we lined it up to the centre of this graph hoping it was top dead centre. Im now not so sure as the car just isnt running right.
any help would be much appreciated
Thanks Jon
