you need to make sure yhat you have correct fuel pressure as the k/ke jet system requires around 6.1 bar to function correctly. Make sure you havent missed anything out, are you 100% your cam timing is correct? ignition timing?do you have a good spark?
the fuel pump is pumping as i took the pipe of be4 the filter and was coming out there. also the fuel isnt coming out of the metering head when i took the bolts out. i think the
distributor isnt lined up right as i didnt mark it up correcty
how do i go about checking this, and also adjusting it?

turn your ignition key several times to build fuel pressure, remove air filter slacken off fuel line to injector and push air flow plate down this will raise the plunger in the metering head and will replicate the effect of air been sucked through. You should then feel the resistance on the plate from the fuel pressure as your pushing it down. This type of sytem is totaly dependant on fuel pressure, you can have good fuel pressure but it may not be enough to open injectors as they only open by fuel pressure there not electronic like most modern systems. They need a fair amount to open. Best to get pressure checked by a good quality gauge
