What car is it? First thing would be to get the bushes checked if worn, get them replaced and get the tracking done.

The tracking been out will affect tyre wear but not sure why it would wear your pad as well?

The clue is the brake pads being worn, it is the brake that is causing the pull as it is binding, ie staying partially on, and so also wearing the pads out quick.

what are the bushes are those the little rubber peices connected to the top ov that lower arm on each side of the wheel??? the left one of those is all split top and bottom and its the pads that side that are knackered but the tyre on the other side always wears thin on the inner side if that all makes sense .. ive got some money today so ive baught a set of disc and pads i jus need to know what bits i need for these little bushbes and then get them fix it and get the tracking done

Small and economical, you won't be looking at cossies then!!
I would get a small diesel, depends what sort you like, the old AX diesel could do 80mpg, or the ZX aura td would do 55mpg but f**k me was it quick, that is what I'd get.
