Default clock shorted wire causing grounding problems

Hi i have a 2001 ford focus.I was tidying up the wires for the clock when they touched and shorted.Now i have mayjor grounding problems,dash guages jumping etc...HELP

A short may well have cooked a earth connection, run a temp seperate one and see if it is then ok, if all is well just make a decent extra earth into the same earth ring.
