hi can any one help i own an r reg 1.8gti escort found temp guage does not work so replaced dash clocks replaced sensor as told in manual but still does does not work.did what it said in hainz manual and shorted each sensor wire in turn to a good earth and still nothing i presume there is a broken cable but where does thid cable go the manual seems to point in goes to the ecu but unsure is there any one out there who has had them same problem and can help please????????????????/
