basically where my turbo is situated over my gearbox space is really tight.the actuator arm is at a slight angle on to the wastegate.will this be an issue and does it need to be bang on straight.i hope not as i have no room to turn turbo housing as the turbo outlet will hit my intercooler inlet

That will work fine, if you are that bothered though you could always cut off and re weld the eye part at a slight angle so the push/pull was straight.
