Default escos engine tech question

Hi all, my mate is just finishing the bottom end build of my engine, and 1 of the ARP big end bolts wont clear the oil pick up pipe its fouling it, but when the old ford big end bolt is used it will clear it, has anyone ever come accross this problem before and what should we do ? the head is slightly longer on the ARP bolt but surely this shouldnt be happening
what are my choices just use 2 old big end bolts as if i use just 1 old wouldnt that be a weak link so to speak ??
my car is a BT escos 200block 4x4 oil pump pick up pipe etc

any advice please chaps need this engine built today

Looks like a CAREFUL re-bend of the pipe is needed.
