escos fans wont switch off

escos fans wont switch off
hiya,
my escos fans wont stop running ( L reg car)
ive pulled the fuse on the dash but they still run?
if i dissconnect battery they stop,
i can hear a relay clicking behind the battery, it clicks as i connect the terminal, and it clicks off when i dissconnect the terminal
any idears folks thankyouplease

disconnect the fan switch on the radiator, and see do they stop, if they do then it is either a failed fan switch or the live feed to the fan switch is shot circut to earth.
if they dont then find the fan relay and pull it out.
see how you get on.
