hi all after help
right the car is a 1600 zetec auto focus
the problem is it wont rev properly its lazy to rev up
now at first thought i thought air flow so checked that o different so went on to lamba changed it no different so took to A GARAGE TO HAVE PLUGGED in he said it didnt pick anything up but the cat was glowing hence ot revving so ok i put a full system on cat all way back guess what no change after i did that i started car up for all of 5 seconds and the exhaust was piping hot all way back to backbox which was strange i checked timing and everything now lost havent ia clue usual service done at same time oil filters air plugs vnow i am lost with it and dont want the expence of taking it to ford unless really have to any ideas people
