Default What Turbo?

Thinking about replacing/reconditioning the standard turbo on my 4x4 Saph Cos but was after some friendly advice on what to go for. Looking for reliable 330-340 BHP if poss.

Its running:
Low comp (7.53:1) bottom end
Grp A headgasket
803's x4
3 Bar Map
-31 Actuator
Standard cams

I have been told that a T3 turbo with 360 bearing will do the job fine but have also been advised that a T34 would do the job as well and with potential to get more BHP. Then theres the matter of deciding .48,.55,.63 with the T34. Advice welcomed.

Cheers

you don't really wanna put over 350bhp with the standards 4x4 item, i would got for a t34.48 for a nice 340 with potential for more
