dump valve need help asap plz
ive bought a dump valve for my 1.8 td endura and havent got a clue where it goes can someone please tell me where it goes and what i need plz ??

1.8 TD? Diesels don't have dump valves because there's no throttle plate for the compressed air to get stuck behind...
If you did want to hook it up, you need a hose from the inlet manifold to the vaccum connector on top of the valve. The valve needs to be situated between the outlet of the turbo's compressor housing and the inlet manifold. The hose on the exit of the intercooler (if you have one) would be suitable.

cheers m8 it has a top mpunt intercooler. if i got a t piece and put it between the outlet of the intercooler would that be ok and would i need the top hose or would it be ok through the bottom?

But don't forget you need the vacuum port on the valve connected to the inlet manifold for it to do anything. A pic of your engine bay might help.

theres a solenoid linked in to the brake servo to get the vacume to open the dv uses a microswitch that is activated when you back off the throttle
sure he will be able to sort you out
