I have my yb head of the engine, and when i turn cams to closed, the valves does still standing a bit open. I have take out the followers, and some of them are very hard to press together, and some are much softer. The softer ones, makes the valves to closed. All lifters are new and oe ina from Matt Lewis.

 

Had the same problem with my last set of INA as well, a couple being held open, some not opening enough, even though supply is 100%.
I put BGA ones in, no probs after that.
