Steve you have a 4x4 cooler on yours, the dump valve take off on 4x4 goes straight up and 2wd is angled.
As i see you have gone stage 3 you need to get an rs500 type intercooler.

2wd Cossie:
10 cm high (top to bottom)
60cm long to its furthest opposing points
10cm deep (front to back)
41cm actual core length.
4wd Cossie:
11.5 cm high (top to bottom)
66cm long to its furthest opposing points
12.25cm deep (front to back)
45.5cm actual core length.
10 cm high (top to bottom)
60cm long to its furthest opposing points
10cm deep (front to back)
