Needed to change the alternator on my fiesta Zetec S.

I took the old one off by just undoing the three bolts. Now I'm trying to put the new one on and I can't get the belt back on.

I've undone the small, smooth pulley on the middle top hoping that this was the tensioner but it hasn't really helped.

Anyone got any ideas?
