yb front crank oil seal
after removing crank pulley to change cambelt i thought it would be a good idea to change the front crank oil seal no one seams to list the oil seal can they be got separatly or do they come complete with the carrier?

I have the seal numbers, they may not be available from ford seperately, but certainly are elsewhere, a VITON one is best.
