n reg mondeo need advice

hi all basically my dad had a 5 mile an hour prang on the front bumber but the bonnet dosent close properly and sits to low, i have had a look and the metal behind seems bent, what parts will i need to repair this and is it a hard job thank you in advance

ok now found out i need a front slam panel for a mk1 mondeo, question is is it welded or bolted thanks
