i lost me keys for me 98 1.8 escort zetec.. the key was chiped with the red bit in corner.. a mate has a key/barrel and a ecu of the same make car, its a external pats.. if i changed these would i be back in busness?? or is there a easyer way round this??

 

i used my old mk 4 escort keys to open my mk 6 escort, if you know any one with a mk 4 escort just ask them if you can lend there keys
