oil pumps

i need help

i am fitting a new oil pump to my 4x4 motor.do i put i high pressure or standard in. is there any advantage to high pressure??

I always use high pressure for the sake of an extra £10

Can you buy an upgrade for the standard pump?

if so, from where?

Yes, but if your taking the pump off change it for a new one
