Car Proplem Wid My Escort When Evere Iam Driving And Let of the Acclerta pedal my car keeps moving back and 4th its worst in the traffic keep rocking back and fowards so i was told it is Front LH mount so i chnaged this today and its seems it hasent done anything i have had look see if there any play in drive shafts there ok if any 1 would no please its bugging me now thanx



P.I wen i wheel spin the front end feels like its bunny hoping of the road keeps jumping up down ???

 

you sound as if you have a ball joint problem with the bouncing and funny steering,if you have changed the gearbox mount you need to then change the engine mount to cancel that out too.
if it isnt your ball joint as you say theres no play then you need to check the anti roll bar bushes too as they might have worn away

 

i chnaged the lower arms wid steel bushes anti roll bar link arms and anti roll bar bushes thinking it was that then i was told LH gear box mount wich i have done steel that proplem could it be any chnace the engine mount at the back of the engine

 

thats what im guessing it would be,if you have no play in your wheels and youve changed the bushes then it gotta be that mount,make sure you check the rear end of the car too as it could be decieving you making you think its the front
