Kidney box removel
Right im just removing the kidney box, now I presume the adaptor goes in the block, but what do you do with the little rubber pipe your left with?

I assume you are fitting a breather kit, good idea anyway.
The little breather pipe goes to the plenum cover through a one way valve(boost shut valve), so simply unscrew this hex shaped valve with pipe on and put a 1/8th NPT grub screw in there to seal it.
