walbro is more common with the Jap cars, and i've no experience with them

Bosch 044's is what most people use on cosworths, tried and tested!
unless you are going beyond stage 3 then normally a standard pump is fine (if in good working order)

 

fuel pumps had better days so need to get it replaced

 

just fit a tried and tested bosch 044 or stick with brand new standard one if you're not going over stage 3
