Default where to get centrecaps for centre lock wheels

i have a set of old touring car dymag's (originally centrelocks) which have been drilled/sleeved to 4-stud fitment (perfectly safe, and were done properly at Ian Jemison Engineering)

anyway where/how could i get some kind of centre caps. becuase of the centrelock bevelled recess there is no natural place for caps to clip into

i'm asking on here because i know alot of you have motorsport wheels so someone might know

internal diameter of the main hole is 78mm

heres a pic to illustrate
