Hi all. Having an issue with my rst. It had a new clutch 12000 miles ago, and I just fitted a new clutch cable. When its cold to warm changes gear fine, but when it gets hot its a right bastard and wont go into gear. Any ideas?

have you got the right oil/ any oil in it?

 

warped clutch plate. did you have the flywheel skimmed when the new clutch was fitted?

 

Will it not go or is it grinding when trying to put in gear, if it's grinding try some new box fluid, if it just doesn't want to go in gear it may be out of adjustment.
