Standard or high pressure oil pump for 2wd cossie stage 3 ??

Standard, and I would recommend going for a genuine Ford one as well.

It is about flow as much as pressure.

You can have all the pressure you want, but if it cannot flow quick enough round the engine, then it will be wasted.

I would recommend asking one of the more respected engine builders on here what spec they would recommend before needing a high pressure pump.

Cheers Ian, I'm not going above 340 ish, so I will stick to a standard pump.
