Default brake problem

after some advice please people..drove the car the other night and all was well for about half mile.. from then on the front calipers gradually binded themselves on..had to loosen m/c from the servo to get home..i have since adjusted the rod in the servo that pushes the fluid but i cant get the brakes to work...when jacked up the wheel wont turn unless the m/c is loosened and even then its still tight...every part is new so doubt anything is faulty..any ideas? cos its really doing my head in cheers..

I would start by freeing off the sticky caliper, then if needed reset the rod.
