Default yb question

i have a noise which i think is little ends, if the noise is coming from a worn bush in the rod (little end) can i get that replaced and machined ? but if its wear between the pin and piston itself i take it there scrap, time for new pistons ?

Little end repair is easy enough for any decent machine shop.
can't see it being the wrist pin at all.
