hi guys i changed the engine in my fiesta rs turbo went real sweet the only thing is the oil outlet that connects to the turbo oil feed from the block has no thred to screw the pipe to its just smooth so i done a bit of a tep bodge to get it back on the road how do you remove them so i can fit a new one with a thred on it so its a propper job?

Are you definatley on about the oil feed on the rear of the block or the oil return on the front??

i tried givin it a good old yank didnt seem to move n didnt want to snap it off as im not sure they are removable :S

The pipe on the front is the return pipe and should be smooth. The feed is from the back and comes off the big "hexagon-like" screw-in adaptor which also carries you pressure switch.

ah ok cheers must have been wrong on my old engine cos the oil return from the turbo i have has a threded bolt to conect to the block ive also looked on ebay for a new turbo oil return pipe they all have a bolt type connection that need to secure it to the block so i need to no if poss how to remove the old oil return lug that pokes out the block so i can fit a threded one witch i do have or get a new hose that will secure over the smoth lug in the block i have to go to the turbo
