Installing Autronic SM4 on my 3dr these days and got a 36-1 trigger wheel on the crank.
Will be running 4 coils direct fire.
Whats the best sensors to use on the cam/crank? Standard reluctor or hall effect?
Will probably use the small turbo phase sensor assembly modified to give one pulse per engine cycle (720deg) but open to ideas,..

When I used a trigger wheel on my 2wd sapphy I just used the std ford sensor in the std place/bracket, lined up perfectly.

You can use the complete Small turbo parts as these work perfect on the standard car.

Is the crank sensor on the t28 escos hall or reluctor (2 or 3 wires)?

 

2 wire mag.
