anyone help please , i have a j reg xr2i which has avo suspension fitted
all round. it is a very harsh ride as i believe it is all set to as hard as possible. i need to adjust it so that its not as bad a ride as it is at the moment. i have no adjusting tools to attempt this so any advice on how to do this or where to get it done ( local to essex ) or where i can buy the tool to do myself . thanks

They are called C spanners for adjusting the height!

You also get the turny knob thing for adjusting the rebound!
