you would need everything that makes the engine work all engine harnes rear beam prop and then the prop needs to be shortened the entire floor needs redoing to match cosworth runningear then you need to make the engine bay accept the engine and cross member and the suspension front and rear needs some where to go

or if you aint bothered about interior you could space frame it

its a lot of work mate and you need to be good with a welder and you will need some sort of jig to do it on and have all the measurements from a cosworth and the other thing is it wont handle with 2wd as its a short wheel base car and the wide track egzagurates this problem

you would be basically removing anything that makes your car go and replacing it with everything that makes an escort/sierra cosworth go

diffs, shafts, hubs, suspension, brakes, gearbox, engine, wiring, you would have to cut half of your floor out for the rear diff and propshaft, or just cut your floor out and graft a re-sized cosworth floor in

That car is amazing, read in Fast Ford that its pushing 656bhp !!!! I take it its easier to put a YB lump in a mk6 then a mk3? Gonna have to be a future project
