Default HELP.. Adjusting Torsion Bar

Just got my 106 quiksilver and its jacked up from the back just wondering anyone from Birmingham able to adjust the torsion bar for me please ??

is there a chance you can do it yourself, i just searched google images

106 torsion bar

and got plenty of how to's

do you think i would be able to do it looks a bit hard, i have never done it before so not to sure what to do.

it is a very easy thing to do! just suppose bit scary if its ya first go. the hardest bit i found on my first go was gettin the torsion bars off, was swingin a large lump hammer under the car for hours until they eventually let go, but sayin that did a mates other week (old 205) they near enough fell off!
