would the pinto engine out of a transit fit straight in my sierra?i know the gearbox does'nt but ive already got that.any addvise would be great.

yes but engine is low power version iirc not sure what umean about gearbox the transit used the same box different ratios i think

As said it will bolt straight in but the transit lumps were lower power

been told its a 205 block so maybe its been changed.

they are very rare but turbo technics used to make one, you could make one yourself as many have in the past.

Be careful - The Cossie 205s were carefully selected for wall thickness - make sure the cylinders are coded 2 or 3. The code is punched onto the block under the distributor. Thin walls are ripe for a block explosion

pinto turbo i mocked up about a year ago, never finished it because our garage went under

would've been good
