i got advice on coil pack for my rs 1600i an i can use a zetek one which is good an will save me money but does any one now how to sort out the wireing please combiman...or how to wire up motor bike coils thnks for any help combiman.

 

Piece of cake, I assume you have two wires to each coil at the moment ?
I will double check resistance of coil unless you know what it is ?, the reason why the std zetec type coilpack has 3 wires is the live is joined for eac coil inside, the other two of course being the two switching sides.
I can send you the terminal and pins to use with zetec coilpack, it's dead easy, or like I say bike coils, they just have a live and negative.
