ive just brought a mk2 rs2000 which has been stood for 15 years the car still has 4 star petrol in it need help regarding getting things up and running ie what to do regarding engine brakes all drives i dont want to brake anything heeeellllppppppppppp me

Change oil, air filter oil filter plugs, drain fuel, strip down and clean carb replacing gaskets and diaphragms, renew fuel lines that are flexy pipe.
Drain coolant, refill with a/freeze, and new stat, new timing belt/tensioner, new tyres the list is endless, brakes.
You won't know full extent till you have a really good look, but the above is a minimum I would do.
