vectra gsi foglamp problem

Default vectra gsi foglamp problem
my mates got a vectra gsi and hes having problems with 1 light being brighter

weve put a tester on the plugs and its coming out at 14volt!!!!!!!

is this ok with the voltage that high

That's fine some vaux's and fords for that matter run at 14.8V.
If there is a brightness difference that is not down to bulb, lens/reflector, try cleaning up the earths.
