when my car is warm or afta a quik blow about the revs keep dropping under 1000 rpm then it goes to cut out most of the time it does cut out but then starts sraight back up again any suggestions would be a great help to me thnx

sorry lol i have a mk3 s1 rs turbo 1.6cvh pipercam mahle pistons uprated strengthed big end full 3" scorpion exhaust system bailey dump valve swirl pot blue samco hoses all around. its runnin a normal metering unit and is running at running in boost

CO needs checking first, unless it just needs the idle speeding up a bit.

The mixture, basically what comes out of the exhaust, needs checking to see if running lean, an air leak can also upset the car, but more likely to do all the time.
You are not thick, a thick person would not ask, the air and fuel need to be in precise ratio's to each other, this is what determines the end result of the burnt gasses CO, or carbon monoxide output.
