hi go a sierra with a 2 litre pinto in, having problems with it as it wont rev over 5,000 revs could anyone help me with this, i have changed everything i can think, injectors, ecu, plugs, leads, distributor, coil, airflow meter, fuel pump, hope someone can help thanks

 

Rotor arm, has your one got spring loaded rev limiter built into the rotor arm ?
If so just lock it temporarily and try it, some times the spring breaks a bit, can't remember if these are fitted on the efi or not.
