Hi, right for some reason the car starts fine etc and idles ok etc but when its cold, it seems to hold back on power untill the cam kicks at about 4k revs then it pulls like a train!! its got a fast road cam and its chipped but obviously as its fine on cam its not the chip as its a piggyback ecu. Once its warm its not as hesitant for power but still doesnt seem right. The engine came out of a 2i and was fine when in that. Ive notived the plugs are very sooted up so its running rich and needs a set up but cant see that being the cause?! Gonna change the TPS tomorrow incase its that, ive already changed the map sensor and it seems the same so any other suggestions?!

Gonna get it set up soon anyway but would rather have it running a bit better first than have to take it back again after or having to pay out loads to get it sorted.
