Which Jag Axle for Ford pop

Could anyone tell me what tye of Jaguar Axle I can use in my Ford Pop? I have found a mark 3 Jaguar around 1989-90, not sure if this is right, thanks!

I know that the Mk2 jaguar axle is similiar to the reliant scimiter rear axle (Salisbury 4ha i believe) and a number of high powered mk1 and mk2 escorts use this. It depends if you are after a live axle or independant?
