Default urgent advice plz( cossie idle )

ive been working solid on my escos all week so its back on the road for the christmas holidays as my company van is being taken away. got every thing done but when i take the icv off it cuts out so ive gone to set the base idle to 900rpm with it off but the screw is proper stuck, ive taken the throttle housing off but the screw slowly breaking the more i try... does a 4x4 throttle house defenatly adjust? if so any tips....

also whats the differance between a 4x4 and a 2wd throttle body?
cheers

Have you tried heating the throttle body up with some heat.I think you can still get the idle screws but im not to sure who sells them.Im sure the throttle position sensor on the 2wd throttle body is different so if you use it you will have to swap the sensors round.

As said 2wd and 4wd tps are different, and not just in the outer two wires being the other way, one has a idle position that the ecu senses, the other doesn't.
I would apply heat until it will move, new taper screws are available from GGR etc.
