Default 4x4 cossie vibrating over 3k!

can anyone help me just got my 4x4 3 door back on the road tonight.

if the engine revs over 3000rpm it sends a strange vibrating feeling throughout the car, wheather the engine is under load, standing still or free wheeling then revving it.

the engine has just had a full rebuild probably only done about 60 miles had it ticking over for ages though.

i thought it maybe the exhaust or front prop bangin or rattling but its not.

the engine runs like a dream on tick over and drving it about low revs.

bit worried as i hope it ain't the engine.

has this ever happened to anyone and do ya have any ideas as to what might be causing this.

cheers luke

no mate they are standard engine mounts in good condition though.

i've been to and from work today and yesterday and i think its almost gone. done 190 miles now on the new engine.

i think it may have been the new clutch plate on the old flywheel. should have got it ground really but seems to be getting better.

has and one else had this?
