V6 Carb rebuild
I am giving my carb an overhaul it is a 34 dgas on a 2.5 ford V6.This has gone ok and i am ready to put it back.My problem is connecting the fuel line back up and the return to tank. One of the brass fittings into the carb has a small bore to it whilst the other has a larger one and i cant remember which way round they go. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. If you need any more info please bear with me as am on 12 hr nights tonight so prob wont get back to you till morn
The easy way is to invert the float assembly/top part and blow into the tubes one at a time, the air will not pass through one until the float is lifted as the weight will stop it, this is the inlet, I hazzard a guess the smaller hole is the return.

It gets better as some only have one pipe as well, depends on whether it has a filter gauze by the float pivot, some are marked some not, there are many variations of 34 dgas, which wasn't a particularly good unit anyway, a 40 DFI is way way better, and a straight fit.
