4x4 head on 205 block

Default 4x4 head on 205 block

Hi
I have a 205 cosworth blok whit 4x4 pistons in, but can put a 4x4 head on this block?
The head masures 138.3mm and the pistons come 0.8mm obove the block.
Can i fit these together?

Ok but is it ok that the pistons are 0.8mm above the block?
