Daily driver Fiesta 1.25 zetec 2001 heater does not blow hot air, only cold. Need to get it sorted PDQ as the weather is getting colder ! Anyone come across this with a fiesta heater before ?

 

9 times out of 10 it will be the heater valve which sits on the heater box, outside next to the wiper linkage

missu shas this problem with her ZS it will go warm and stay warm but only if its left on setting one or two, no matter if youve been sitting in traffic or storming down the motorway for over an hour its always the same
